This session is designed for individuals who are not ready to commit to a coaching package but would still like personalized guidance and support. It provides the opportunity to schedule a single coaching call without entering into any long-term contracts or program commitments.

This one-hour session can also be used as a consultation to explore whether ongoing coaching is the right fit for you and your current season.
