This coaching program is designed to help women begin the journey of healing from past wounds and trauma. Over nine weeks, we will work together to identify, process, and begin releasing emotional barriers that may have been holding you back so you can move forward with greater clarity, strength, and confidence.

• 1 live Zoom sessions per week for direct teaching and guidance
